I haven't been really happy in an extremely long time. But this year will be better! And here's how personally I will achieve this!

Start being more active! Exercise releases serotonin and other feel-good hormones, improving your mood!
Appreciate things/places/people more

Try harder at school

Be more confident, no more sulking!
